Ta Am Village

  We will meet at the hotel at 7:00 am and proceed to the village called Ta Am ( តាអំ​ ) Prasad commune ( ឃុំប្រាសាទ​ )​ by minivan, it will take around an hour to get there. When we get there we will start our tour by bicycle along the Kralanh River to visit Ta Am village. We will see local activities like children cycling to school, villagers everyday life, people fishing in the river, seeing local transportation, and local farm ( morning glory, lemon, cabbage, and many other fruit trees ). Seeing the animals like buffaloes, cows, ducks, and many others local activities around the village. From there we will go to the fishing ponds by truck or by boat depending on the season, it will take us around 30 by truck and 20 minutes by boat to get to the fishing ponds. We will start fishing for some time and then we will have lunch with local foods grilled fish and fish soups.

  After cycling we will start riding a local truck from Ta Am village we will go to the fishing ponds by truck or by boat depending on the season, it will take us around 30 minutes by truck and 20 minutes by boat to get to the fishing ponds. We will start fishing for some time and then we will have lunch with local foods grilled fish and fish soups. We will have some rest in the hot day sun. Some people still can continue fishing after lunch but some people could rest at the local hammock, taking naps under the trees as we will spend the whole day there so you can enjoy your time. We provide Beers , cool waters, soft drinks are available the whole trip so you can drink the whole day. This tour is very unique as you will experience exactly like a local fisherman who practicing everyday to support his family. You will definitely have an unforgettable experience through this tour.

  . After lunch we will continue fishing till you had enough then we will rest. Around 6:30 pm we will have dinner with local foods such as BBQ chicken, fried fish, grilled fish and fish soups combined with Cambodian rice wines, beers, and soft drinks. We will stay overnight in the cottage or the camping. We will enjoy the music and sleep like fishermen. Overnight near to the fishing ponds.
