The meeting point is in hotel lobby. The driver will take your name tab. The pick-up time is 3.5-4 hours in advance for international flight, 2.5-3 hours in advance for domestic flight. The pick-up name, flight number and drop-off address need to the provided.

• If you are unable to find the driver, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistant, before making alternative arrangements.
• If your pickup/drop off details change, you must amend your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium sized luggage is allowed per person, Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage is more than the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay a taxi to carry your luggage.
