En route we stop at Olduvai Gorge, the “cradle of mankind,” where the Leakey family uncovered the fossil of Homo habilis, who lived 1.75 million years ago. 1300 Hours: We arrive at the Nabi Gate the entrance to Serengeti National Park where we have our lunch boxes. 1400 Hours: We proceed on a game drive en-route to our accommodations. Serengeti National Park is undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world, unequalled for its natural beauty and scientific value. The wildebeest and zebra moreover form the star cast of a unique spectacular – the annual Serengeti migration.
