[Qualifications for Experience (Excerpts from the Terms of Use)]
・Not available for children aged 8 and under or adults aged 66 and above.
・Children aged 9 to 14 must be accompanied by a person aged 20 or above to participate. Participation by children alone is not permitted. Tickets for children are not sold on the website and must be purchased on-site on the day of the experience.
・Guests aged 15 and above may participate individually.

・Individuals under the influence of alcohol
・Individuals who are not feeling well
・Pregnant women
・Individuals with chronic conditions such as heart disease or high blood pressure
・Individuals with physical or mental concerns, including bone-related issues
・Individuals with concerns about their vision or limbs
・Individuals with fears of heights, confined spaces, or dark places
・Individuals under 130cm tall or over 120kg in weight
・Individuals wearing sandals, high heels, business shoes, or other footwear that may cause injury or damage personal belongings
・Individuals who cannot wear a harness, such as those wearing skirts or dresses
・Individuals who cannot safely wear a helmet or harness other than those mentioned above
・Individuals who do not follow staff instructions
・Individuals whom our staff judges to be at risk of not being able to experience the activity safely

・This activity takes approximately 40~60 minutes. The time required may vary depending on crowd levels, weather, and other factors. Please allow extra time for your experience.

[Notes]
・Photos and videos can only be taken with the camera system provided at the venue. The camera system service is included in the experience fee.
・To prevent accidents from falling items, no personal belongings are allowed in the activity area (especially smartphones, cameras, identification such as passports, etc.).
・Please store all personal belongings, including items in your pockets, in the designated lockers before the activity.
・If personal belongings are found during the activity, we may cancel your experience, as this will be considered a violation of the terms of use.
・Please follow the staff’s instructions in the activity area. If you do not comply with the instructions or if staff deems you to be a danger or a nuisance to others, your experience may be canceled, even if you are in the middle of the activity.
・Due to the nature of the activity, there are many uneven surfaces in the activity area. Please watch your step to avoid injury. We are not responsible for accidents, such as falls, caused by your own carelessness.
・If you are wearing clothing that exposes a lot of skin around your neck, the harness may cause irritation. Please take precautions to prevent this.
・Depending on weather conditions such as strong winds, lightning, or heavy rain, you may not be able to participate in the activity.
・Smoking is not permitted in the activity area or tower. Please refrain from smoking.
・Restrooms are not available while wearing the harness. Please use the restroom before putting on the harness.

・Refunds cannot be provided for customer convenience once check-in is complete.
・Refunds will not be issued if customers cancel the activity experience due to failure to follow the Terms of Use or staff instructions, at the discretion of staff.
・Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances if you use vouchers not issued by our company.

This attraction requires using approximately 200 steps from ground level. All movement, both ascending and descending, is by stairs only. There are no elevators available.
