Wanted to try a local Hokkaido experience and did not regret it. Even the wifey who originally did not know if she would enjoy it , did love it in the end. The local Soba joint owner, Taku, used such a simple experience to weave in the history of noodle-making into the session. We also enjoyed the eventual meal, eating the fruits of our Labor of the session. Will recommend to those who can afford it and wish to try out something different!
