We had a safe comfortable experience. Our driver was polite and efficient- it was a wonderful service
I'd say the car is great and comfortable. The driver has a habit of using his claxon all the time, my assumption is for safety reasons, but it doesn't allow you to take a proper rest / sleep and he seemed quite in a hurry to make it to the destination. On the upside, we made it 20 minutes earlier to the destination on a 2.5+ hour ride.
