Good To Know
If your hotel is located in the Bangsak or Bang Muang area, please choose the Bangsak option.
If no flight information given to the activity provider at least 24 hours before arrival, no refund will be made.
Tour provider staff will be at Domestic Door 1 or International Door 3 outside the building with the tour provider logo. Once you meet the staff they will call the driver, who is on standby outside the airport, to pick you up and transfer you to your hotel. Please look for the My Phuket Holiday airport representative. They will be wearing a blue shirt and will have a My Phuket Holiday and GetYourGuide signboard with your name on it for ease of contact.
