Highlights
Enjoy authentic Hakata mizutaki in a relaxing atmosphere. Mizutaki is a taste born and raised in Hakata. We serve mizutaki made with 'Hanamidori,' a brand-name chicken raised in northern Kyushu. The thicker the chicken broth is simmered with the ingredients, the more the flavor melts out and the more nourishing the taste becomes. Also, the ponzu vinegar, an essential ingredient for mizutaki, is made to match Hwamidori's mizutaki.
