Guests will arrive at our place, where they will be welcomed by myself or by one of our family member. The experience will start with the cellars tour, during which we will explain our company history and what we produce today and we will explain the wine-making processes and production while showing our machineries and barrels. After that the wine-tasting is starting: we have a large wine-tasting room dedicated, where the guests can sit at tables. They will taste 4 wines (2 IGT Toscana wines, 1 Chianti Classico and 1 Chianti Classico Riserva): for each wine we are explaining how it is composed and its flavours and so on ... The wine tastings are accompanied by 2 different Tuscan cheeses plus by a selection of at least 6 different "bruschette"/toasted Tuscan bread (for example with a sauce based on olives or peppers, tomato and basil, pecorino-cheese and bacon ... seasonings may vary depending on seasonality). It is possible eventually to make a short walk in our vineyards. Extra food/wines/liquors/spirits may be added paying an extra fee.
