Accommodation hotels are mainly provided according to the itinerary description. If the hotel is fully booked, a hotel of the same grade will be provided. Please provide accommodation information 4 days before departure. We cannot specify a hotel. Please understand.

Please wear light clothing and shoes to participate in the tour.

In each tourist attraction in winter, depending on weather conditions, you may not be able to enjoy the snow scenery.

The snow season in central Japan is very cold, so please wear cold-proof clothing, jackets, and non-slip shoes.

The scheduled travel route may be changed or canceled due to traffic conditions and congestion on the day.

If the scenic spots are unable to be visited due to bad weather or traffic, etc., the tour leader reserves the right to change or cancel part of the itinerary at any time for the safety of all. Participants may not request a refund or fee reduction as a result.

Due to road conditions and other factors on the day of the itinerary, the stay time at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed. Please avoid arranging activities that night, so please be aware.

If you leave the group on your own during the trip, it will be deemed as an automatic abandonment and no refund of any fees will be required. If this results in personal or property losses, you must bear the consequences yourself.

When moving freely, please pay attention to personal and property safety. If an accident occurs or losses occur without heeding the advice, you will be responsible for it yourself.

If the dining time cannot be adjusted due to the restaurant being full on the first day of lunch, a refund of 2,000 yen per person will be made, and you can choose your own meals on site instead.

After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred.
