Learn the secrets to delicious Japanese home cooking from the preparation to the plating. Chop the wood for the stove and make rice the way it was done before rice cookers were invented. And don’t forget the main ingredient, wagyu beef. You’ll be using Matsusaka beef, one of the three most famous brands of wagyu in the country. Enjoy a meal you truly worked to create then spend the night relaxing at the farmer’s inn.
