the snorkelling guide is friendly & patient. i was initially worried as i'm not that great at swimming, but it was actually manageable. we managed to swim to an island too! there were lots of fishes & even saw a huge clam and a hermit crab. overall it was a really fun experience & i would definitely go again!

Highly recommend. The snorkelling portion was about an hour which was perfect under the hot sun. The guide made it more fun by showing us photo spots and different unique creatures in the sea. The customer service was very professional too. Really appreciated the quick responses and prompt assistance in helping us with our travel needs.

It was wonderful experience! We took part in this plan during traveling around Singapore from Japan. The guide man was so kind, friendly and always tried to make us happy. And we were satisfied because we could see many kinds of fishes and swim in the emerald green sea. Reefs were great but fish density and visibility not too much. Edo from Bintan Resort Tours took great care of the group! First site had too many jellyfishes so the boat went back to get more fuel to bring us a snorkelling site further away. Good safety and sustainable practices of mooring instead of anchoring used, equipment range decent. Boat crew also assisted in helping point out giant clams!

The staff at batam resorts were so kind and caring and warming. I felt very taken cared of . lovely experience!

Guides were really friendly. The experience was good overall.
