Operating Hours
- Friday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
- Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.
- If you miss your check-in time, you should speak to a staff member when you arrive for assistance.
Must Know
- We recommend dressing comfortably and wearing suitable shoes. Because you will be wearing a VR headset, please refrain from wearing hats or caps.
- Our headsets are compatible with most types of glasses; however, we recommend that guests wear contact lenses for a more comfortable experience.
- Personal backpacks (even small ones) are not permitted during the experience. These can be left in the lockers/coat check on site.
- Due to the nature of multi-user tracking technology, we permit service dogs only for a seated experience to avoid collision with other users in virtual reality.
