If you do not present your voucher, we will not be able to issue the actual bus ticket. In that case, you will need to pay the full amount again to purchase a new ticket on site.
- Please complete the exchange procedure at the ‘OKOSHI’ Bus ticket counter at least 20 minutes before departure. Please allow sufficient time to complete the process.
