The departures lounge is located at airside after passport control, you must bring a valid passport and boarding pass to redeem the lounge access with valid Pelago voucher.
The departures lounge is located in the restricted area. Passengers must pass through immigration and customs and have a boarding pass for an onward flight before going in.
Children under 2 years old enjoy free entry with an adult.

What a way to start a journey, loved it, was a fantastic experience and anytime I travel from now on I will be using the Plaza Premium Lounge, I would recommend this to anyone.
