Excellent experience from start to finish. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and the car was spotless. Ming, our driver, was very professional and courteous. He ensured we were safely transferred from the Maglev train to our hotel, and went the extra mile by sharing useful insights about the Maglev, China’s high-speed rail system, and travel tips for Shanghai. His recommendations on places to visit and helpful advice made the journey even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!. Even though we eventually used our comfort lugguage Mandarin to communicate with Ming, we found Ming is very fluent in English.
