- For departures from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, the included mileage is 30km. Extra mileage fees apply, payable to the driver on-site: USD$0.29/km (approx. CNY$2/km) for economy, USD$0.33/km (approx. CNY$2.3/km) for comfort, USD$0.64/km (approx. CNY$4.5/km) for luxury or 7-seat business class.
- The transportation is a one-way service; book the same package again for round-trip service.
- Vehicles may vary in make or model based on availability, passenger count, luggage, equipment, and mileage.
- In case of local events or festivals causing crowds, evaluate the exit time as the appointment time may not be extended.

The vehicle was a huge 7-seater EV and very new. Driver was helpful and friendly.

Driver arrived on time and the ride was smooth .
The booking was a bit confusing, booked for 5 persons but learnt that it was for 5 passengers in the car which included the driver. Indicated 6 luggage’s but could only take 4. But the driver was professional and tried to help. Ended up 2 persons had to take a taxi
The vendor was dishonest and sent me a sedan instead of the MPV I booked.
