Clear instruction upon booking confirmation. Once I arrived, the lady was very welcoming. The car itself was very clean and comfortable. I will definitely book again when I come back to BKK

There is the best price for airport transfer but should be very cautious and get some nervous and doubtful when the company (North Star ,that are the providers for pelago) call me to paid more 100 B additional. There do not mention anymore in the booking. But Thankfully for the pelago help center that you can contact them by email. The pelago help service answer my email that we should not paid more 100 bath. Finally when we arrived the airport ,we ask for pick up at domestic terminal, but the driver ask me to go to international terminal (200 m far away). We asked them again for pick up at gate 11 at domestic terminal, then he o.k to pick up me from domestic terminal. After drop off at the hotel, he also asked again about 100 bath additional payment. But I confirmed that the pelago already contact me for do not paid the additional 100 bath. Other is ok and good , on time , but no toll ways or express way because the price was expensive and this time is no traffic jam. I think booking other company on pelago if you don’t want someone the make you nervous and untrustworthy.
Firstly the car was reek with cigratte smell when we boarded. We had to open the window cause our lungs were dying.. and the driver off the aircon which we suffered... After we arrive driver even requested tips from us despite the experience being not so positive to begin with… quite disappointed, think grab is better. Also when we arrive we dont even see our name on the board as what we were advise..
