Alberto was really a good driver and tour guide. It was a fantastic Northern Light trip. Although it was a long route to find the northern light but it was worth it. And Alberto really find the northern light very detailed so that all of us can able to see it. He also taught us how to take good photos using our phones. It was a great experience.

Days before the driver picked us up, the company has sent information that the aurora may not be seen with naked eyes but with camera lens. Once an aurora is sighted, it is counted as a successful experience. This came as a shock to me. In the event they have to call it a day due to unfavorable weather, it would only be a 70 Euros refund. Driver Aurore was very hardworking and kept finding an aurora spot, coordinating with the rest of the team out there. She found one nearly at 11.00 p.m. Can't see with naked eyes as the day before it was raining. We were told to use camera lens to view. Although we have taken pictures, even using her DSLR camera, for memory sake, but the fact we could not see with our naked eyes left us with great dissatisfaction. If you visit Rovaniemi from Oct to Dec when aurora is at its height, you may not need a tour group.
