Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable forest National Park

8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeAfter breakfast, you will begin the scenic road transfer from Entebbe to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park in southwestern Uganda. The journey takes approximately 8–10 hours, depending on traffic, road conditions, and the location of your lodge. Along the way, you will pass through Uganda’s beautiful countryside, traditional villages, plantations, rolling hills, and vibrant roadside towns. A brief stop can be made at the Uganda Equator for photographs, refreshments, and souvenir shopping, followed by a lunch stop en route. In the afternoon, you will continue through the scenic highlands of southwestern Uganda before arriving at your lodge near Bwindi. Upon arrival, you will check in, relax, enjoy dinner, and prepare for your gorilla trekking adventure the following day. Towns on its shores include Kyevu and Muko, while its 29 islands include Punishment Island, Bwama, Njuyera, Itambira, Upside Down, Bushara, Kyahugye, and many others.
