was the only one on tour, ate food, some are quite similar to vietnam with fish sauce and vinegar. and also tried fried frog, cricket, dung beetle, cocoon, grass hopper. had another beer brand at a pub which is more crisp in taste. both are local brand.

Great experience from start to finish! Weather didn't look great for the tour to begin, Company was willing to be flexible to ensure our experience was as enjoyable as possible. Great tour provided by George and our Tuk Tuk driver, with noteworthy selected local cuisines, very different options and a lot of explanation of local culture + food techniques along the way, coupled by some humorous discussions and local beers. There was a bit of confusion regarding the pick up point. Was sorted and picked up at my hotel. Tried many tasty dishes at food places frequented by locals. Ended the night tucking into fried bugs and drinks at a local bar frequented by the foreign community. Sath, our guide, was patient and took care of us well.
