1 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeFrom Kirkstone Pass we travel by car to Stock Ghyll Force. A short walk from Ambleside offers an opportunity to visit a 70 foot waterfall. The perfect place to stretch your legs and take some pictures.Cathedral Quarry (Cathedral Cave)
1 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeWe leave Stock Ghyll Force and travel by car on a mixture of country roads towards Cathedral Quarry. On route we will have the opportunity to travel across some 'Green Lanes' and experience the off-road abilities of the car. Cathedral Quarry is a man-made quarry, more spectacular than pictures alone can convey, with its wonderful echo. One of the tunnels is over 100m (110 yards) long and requires a torch to see.Tilberthwaite Farm
