Professional and patient. Gives you the best service and clarifies momentarily on preferences and comfortability. Highly recommended for families and couples. Did the milk spa and did not regret, would go back to try the pandan one in future!
Great place, great staff, great facilities, great massage, great experience. You get to specify using a diagram which areas of your body required extra attention or should be avoided.
Nice place with good service. We opt for the couple package (although we are 2 guys) and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We had went 3 SPA this trip in Bali.. this is the best place!! The therapists are so nice, the foot massage is the best I have in Bali!! will go again in my next trip ;)
5 stars for pelago platform. Really good rate and able to get last min booking. Free 30 min massage and discount for first time purchase too. 4 stars for the massage because it was really noisy throughout the massage due to ongoing construction. Ambience and skill of masseurs were very good though. Will go back again next time
