Elena is an excellent guide. A native Venetian, she is very knowledgeable and engaging. Good humor too. She provided very interesting insights about the Palace and Basilica. A must visit.
Very informative guide. Well organised tour.
Francesco's tour guide style is hard to describe. We could tell on some level he was passionate maybe, but his accent (Italian to English), was quite thick and filled with mumbles and whispers. Perhaps he was attempting to be dramatic, but it just perplexed all of us (6 in the group). It became boring I'm sorry to say, painfully so, and we were anxious for the 2 hour tour to finish. So, Francesco, you seem like a lovely guy, but compared to similar tours we've been on in Milan and Rome, this was by far the worst. The initial your meeting point shop was great though, and the staff in the shop were great and kind.
