In this valley is located the most important find of the lady of Cao, female ruler in the time of the Moche and who today becomes a female symbol of government and leadership in ancient Peru. Her body was found with gold and silver jewels that show her rank and social status in Mochica culture; but the most striking and dazzling thing is her completely preserved body and that still sport her tattoos of snakes and spiders.
