Itinerary
1. Please provide us with your flight details (arrival time and airline), along with your hotel name in Thamel or around.
2. Kinldy, look for your name displayed on a signboard with the Eyes on Nepal logo and our staff holding marigold flowers and mineral water as you exit the arrival hall.
3. We'll assist you with your luggage and take you to your hotel for check-in.
4. Please be aware that if your arrival is delayed by more than 2 hours due to issues such as flight delays, late baggage arrival, prolonged immigration procedures, or air traffic congestion, there will be an additional charge. We will apply an extra fee of USD 10 for every hour of waiting beyond the initial 2-hour window.
