- Pick-up locations: Narita International Airport (NRT) Terminals 1 or 2, or within the 23 wards of Tokyo, or Tokyo Disney Resort.
- For airport pick-up at Terminal 1: Exit N2 or S2 from the International Arrival Lobby, cross the second pedestrian crossing, and look for the designated vehicle stopping at the lane.
- For airport pick-up at Terminal 2: Exit the central exit from the international arrival lobby (1F), go straight, then cross the pedestrian crossing, and find the vehicle at the farthest lane.
- Terminal 3 cannot be chosen as a pick-up location. Please move to Terminal 2 instead.
- Travelers will be notified in advance of the vehicle model, color, and license plate information to be used on the day.
- For airport drop-off: Please look for the driver at the designated location 5 to 10 minutes before the reservation time. Upon meeting, the driver will confirm your mobile phone number and your name provided at the time of booking.
- When taking international flights, it is necessary to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before the flight departure time. The driver will contact you at least 4 hours before your flight departure time, according to the road conditions on the day. Please secure plenty of time to prepare.
- This is a one-way transfer. For round trip transfer, please book for 2 one-way transfers (both airport pick-up and airport drop-off).
- When making a reservation, please enter the phone number and app where you can be contacted within Japan.
- When booking, please provide your contact information, pick-up/drop-off location information, flight information, and the number of suitcases.
- After booking, we will arrange the vehicle and driver for the day and notify you of the contact information provided at the time of reservation in Japan. Please contact the driver until 8:00 pm the day before use to confirm your contact method, pick-up time, and location.
- The driver will wait for you for free for 60 minutes after your flight lands. Extending the time limit will result in an extra fee of JP¥3,000/30 minutes. Please pay the price to the driver directly on-site. Please inform the driver as soon as your flight is delayed. The driver reserves the right to leave without waiting for you.
- For airport drop-off, if the customer is unreachable and does not show up at the specified time, the company reserves the right to wait up to 20 minutes before departing the vehicle.
- If the number of persons or baggage exceeds the number reserved, the driver reserves the right to refuse service and no refunds will be given.
- Children under the age of 6 are required to use a child seat by law. When booking, please include the age, height, and weight of the children in the "Remarks" section.
- If you require a child seat, please let us know when booking.
- JP¥2,000 for the second child seat (Please pay directly to the driver on-site).
- Supported languages: English, Korean, Chinese, Japanese.
- Maximum number of passengers: 6 people for Toyota Alphard, Vellfire or similar; 9 people for Toyota HiAce.
- Number of luggage: 3 to 4 large suitcases for Toyota Alphard, Vellfire or similar; 6 to 8 large suitcases for Toyota HiAce. The number of luggage that can be loaded depends on the number of passengers.
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 3 hours.
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 2 days before the date of selection.
