Please present the boarding QR code on your smartphone, as vouchers and printed materials are not accepted.

[Tokyo Bus]
Please use the link in the voucher sent to you after purchasing your ticket to open the digital ticket screen when you board. Once you have opened the screen, press the "Use" button and show it to the driver. Please ensure you have a stable network connection before opening the web screen on your smartphone. Please note that screenshots or printed ticket copies will not be accepted.

To exchange a coupon, press the "use" button on the ticket and show the screen to a staff member at the Information Center.

Q: I would like to know how I can confirm my booking.
A: Once your booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address. This email will contain all the relevant booking information and a voucher with a QR code. You can also access your booking details by clicking the Booking Details link in the email.

Q: I used my smartphone to book a ticket, but I don't have a physical voucher to present. Can I exchange the ticket by showing the voucher on my phone?
A: Certainly, it's possible to collect a ticket by showing the QR code on your smartphone.

Q: Can you provide instructions on how to use the ticket?
A: You'll find a voucher with a QR code attached when you receive the email confirming your booking. On the day of your participation, please bring it with you and present it at the counter—no need to exchange it for a physical ticket.
