Good communication provided by the operator. Driver used whatsapp to communicate during pickup day and provided good instruction. Car condition is very good.

Driver didnt want to turn on AC. Dropped me off 6 blocks away because the road is closed and didnt want to turn back to drop me closer. The driver didn’t soeak english, very hard to communicate
