Wheelchair accessibility is limited for the 'bush walk' - exit into the forest is via stairs. Viewing of the waka (canoe) is from a platform and you can go a short distance into the forest to view the old pā (village) and see the sacred spring below the forest. Unfortunately, you will not see the glow worms. (Note: there is some uneven surfaces).
Please note there is a small walk through the forest which has some steps and uneven ground in some areas
Infant seats are subject to availability
Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately - warm comfortable clothing and walking footwear

Fantastic evening spent learning about Maori culture!
Fantastic performance! Each host carried their segment really well, adding the right touch of humor. The main host was especially impressive—she handled all the guests’ questions with such ease and confidence. The highlight for me was definitely the hangi buffet dinner. I also appreciated how well-organized it was, with guests called up table by table, ensuring everyone could enjoy their food in an orderly manner.
An entertaining and informative tour led both from the main tour guide and the tribe leader who part of the performance team. The performance and Q&A were insightful. The food was delicious with plenty of options—better than other tour meals we had in Rotorua.
Wonderful experience. Went together with my family and everybody enjoyed it.
Really good experience. Highly recommended. Great food, good introduction of Maori culture and the performance is world class.
A must go if you want to experience the Māori culture
