It was a seamless entry with the tickets. Even though you are required to select the time when you booked the tickets, the staff didn’t check, even though we were about 30 mins earlier. You will be treated with 2 glasses towards the end of the tour, in addition to one which you will get during the experience activity. Overall an enjoyable experience. 👍
it's must if you are in amsterdam, its my second time here and i still love going to heineken experiences and enjoy the complementary beer there
