There is wonderful picture carvings on the inside walls and marble Buddha statues on plinths. The temple is guarded by two 9 headed serpents with fabulous attention to detail that wrap around the entire temple.. A few mins walk away there is a stairpath that leads up and into the Tham Kan Krai Dai cave where there are 2 reclining Buddha's. Located 5 km from the city center, this is the nicest swimming beach in Prachuap Khiri Khan. Wedged between two mountains, it is very quiet during the week but a lot more crowded on weekends and holidays when many Thais come here. Then all the area comes alive with food centers, shops, long chair rental shops and large knotted rental shops and activity centers. There is also right next to the airplane runway, an area that is called Historical Park and mainly show some old planes. We will have lunch near the Beach and you will have some time to relax on the Beach or swimming in the nice and clear Water
