The bus was on time and the tour guide made the journey more entertaining. They adopt an attitude of "on one gets left behind" and will make sure that you are onboard before leaving. The bus offered comfortable seats like "captains chairs" which could recline though the person behind you may not be too thrilled.
There is confirmation message from their service guy and he will come and fetch you and bring you to the bus. Seats are comfy and the journey is a breeze but a little bumpy at times which isn't a big problem. There's even a short break stop for you to buy some snacks, drinks or souvenirs or go for a toilet break before you embark on the second half of the journey to Halong. Will recommend this bus transfer for all people!
