This tour combines the best of both worlds. A walking tour through the Old Town of Salzburg with a luxury minivan tour through the surroundings and the beautiful Lake District. Starting with a walk through the Mirabell gardens, you will learn about the history of Salzburg, the power of the Prince Archbishops and the famous locals like Mozart, Doppler and many more. Get to know the architectural, historical and regional facts and visit world famous movie locations ('Sound of Music'). Pass by Mozart's residence and birthplace before we enter the narrow lanes and coast inner yards of the old town. The fortress Hohensalzburg is protecting Salzburg since almost 1000 years and is an unmistakable feature of Salzburgs world-famous skyline.
