Must Know

SIM Registration
- SIM registration is compulsory and activation of SIM will be done upon collection, otherwise your SIM card will be invalid.
- SIM registration using a passport will be valid for 30 days only. To continue using your SIM beyond this period, you must re-register at any Singtel Shop, selected Singtel Exclusive Retailer, or authorised retailer using your Singpass or original Singapore-issued ID (NRIC / Work Permit) within 30 days of your initial registration.

- Each person may register up to three (3) SIM cards, in accordance with IMDA regulations.
Child Policy
- Purchaser and user must be at least 15 years old.

If you are looking for a way to stay connected across Singapore and the Asia Pacific without the constant anxiety of data caps or "bill shock", the Singtel $15 hi! A fantasctic opportunity to bit something really gooed overr the best price!
Data speeds were excellent in Singapore, reaching up to 90 Mbps. However, roaming speeds in Thailand (Bangkok) were much slower, at under 9 Mbps on AIS. The service is usable, but improving roaming performance in Thailand would enhance the overall experience.
Have to exit the baggage collection area and pick up the sim card from the public area in the arrival hall. Went smoothly and sim works as expected, no problems.
