Must Know
- All plans are valid for 28 days, except for 30-day monthly plans available exclusively on the hi!App.
- Data usage is subject to Singtel’s Fair Usage Policy.
- Roaming data is applicable only in supported countries (as stated per plan).
- No replacement will be provided for lost SIM cards.
SIM Registration
- SIM registration is compulsory and activation of SIM will be done upon collection, otherwise your SIM card will be invalid.
- SIM registration using a passport will be valid for 30 days only. To continue using your SIM beyond this period, you must re-register at any Singtel Shop, selected Singtel Exclusive Retailer, or authorised retailer using your Singpass or original Singapore-issued ID (NRIC / Work Permit) within 30 days of your initial registration.

- Open to all individuals aged 15 years and above.
- Each person may register up to three (3) SIM cards, in accordance with IMDA regulations.
Child Policy
- Purchaser and user must be at least 15 years old.
- Not suitable for children under 15 years.

- Your original NRIC / Singapore-issued ID / Work Permit / Passport, or Singpass for registration.
Booking Confirmation
- Instant confirmation upon successful payment.
- Order submission is final; no refund, exchange, or cancellation once processed.
Cancellation Policy
