① Japanese-speaking drivers and vehicles include locally legally operating taxis; Chinese-speaking drivers and vehicles are all private car services.
② Overtime fee: 4,000 yen/60 minutes for a 5-seater vehicle, 5,000 yen/60 minutes for a 7-seater vehicle, and 6,000 yen/60 minutes for a 10-seater vehicle; cash payment is made directly to the driver, and any time less than 60 minutes is counted as 60 minutes, and the overtime fee is accumulated.
③ If service is required between 22:00 and 07:00, the driver will be charged overtime pay according to the overtime standard.
④ Please accurately verify the number of passengers, luggage, and their dimensions so that we can provide you with the correct vehicle type. Note: Service time cannot be interrupted. Any unused time on the same day will be considered as automatically forfeited. For example, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM is a normal 10-hour private charter car.
⑥ Highway tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip can be paid directly to the driver on-site.
⑦ The first baby chair is free; subsequent baby chairs will incur a charge of 2000 yen per chair per day. Baby chairs are not mandatory on our company vehicles; only private vehicles are required to have them installed.

⑧ Any additional costs incurred due to force majeure events such as traffic delays, weather, aircraft or mechanical failures, flight cancellations or schedule changes during the trip shall be borne by the traveler.
