- Service Introduction -

• Usage Time: The chartered car service on the main island is for 8 hours/10 hours.

  
  

• If you require overtime, please confirm with our customer service in advance if an extension is possible. If it is, please place an order for the required additional hours on the product page.

  
  
• Departure Time: The driver will wait at the designated location before the agreed departure time. If the departure is delayed due to the guest's own reasons, the time will still be counted from the agreed time. Please plan your schedule accordingly!

• Departure Location: Generally, the meeting point is at your hotel or guesthouse, but other departure or drop-off locations can be specified upon request. If the pick-up or drop-off location is outside the standard service area (from the South to Chatan Town), an additional empty car fee will be charged. Please refer to the additional fees section.
  
  Service Distance: The price on the main island page covers service from the
  South to the North (up to Kouri Island). For itineraries north of Kouri
  Island, please consult customer service first.
