We will stop at Hraunfossar and Barnafoss waterfalls before heading to the north, passing Grábrók on the way to Akureyri.- AccommodationsOvernight at Hotel in Akureyri.

Myvatn Nature Baths (Jardbodin vid Myvatn)
5 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedOn our way to the beautiful Mývatn area, we stop by the amazing Goðafoss, „Waterfall of the Gods“. We continue to Lake Mývatn and Skútustaðagígar pseudocraters. We walk through Dimmuborgir, amazing geological wonder, and then head on to Námaskarð, a beautifully coloured geothermal area. Krafla volcano is nearby. We end the day in Jarðböðin, a relaxing hot nature bath. In the afternoon we arrive back in Akureyri. Hofsós a small village, stop there for lunch or coffee. The scenery on the northern tip on this peninsula is quite amazing, open ocean, facing the Arctic.
