Very clear communication, pre trip confirmation message from the driver, punctual, friendly behaviour, Had a hassle free experience.
Operator reached out the day before and managed to get everything in order for our trip to Ba Na Hills. It was a fuss free way to arrange transportation to and fro, and slightly cheaper than getting grab there and back.
Seamless experience. We were contacted by the service company (KKDay) within 24 hours of our pick up. The driver was prompt, car very clean, safe and courteous. Would definitely use this service again!
