We really enjoyed ourselves. The tour organisers and guide Ivan was easily contacted via WhatsApp. They were very prompt and helpful whenever we have had any questions. Tour was informative
Everything went as smooth as it can. Guides were punctual, transportation is top notch, and the team was very organized. Long, our guide was very helpful and made sure that everything went well!
We joined this tour and had a great experience! The package was affordable, with a small group size that made the trip comfortable and enjoyable. Our guide, Nga, was excellent — very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsible throughout the tour. Communication was easy via WhatsApp. We didn’t take the buffet option, but there are plenty of food choices nearby. Overall, we highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a well-organized and value-for-money experience!
Despite booking the tour only 2 days in advance, the operator was able to accommodate and kept me updated on the details of the tour. William was our guide and he made sure everyone was accounted for throughout the tour. He even help accompany one of the guests down the mountain and to the hospital during our lunch after she fell ill.
