Awesome experience! From the weigh in at counter to take off and landing, the crew were very friendly and professional. They explained safety issues, weather permitting factors if we can land on the glacier etc to partial refunds if we can't. We felt like we were in good hands. Kudos to the pilot (sorry we didn't get his name) that he managed to get us up (+landing) and down in what was very strong gale winds the day before. We had a very memorable time. Of course, it was a fuss free booking experience via Pelago 👍👍👍
Grateful that the weather was kind enough for us to fly on our scheduled booking and even allowed a snow landing. The counter staff were friendly, and our pilot was both skilled and awesome—not to mention a great photographer! Truly loved the whole experience, and it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. Tip: book the earliest slot if you can, as it gives you more flexibility to reschedule in case the weather doesn’t cooperate.
We absolutely love this and would do it again! Definitely worth our money and time. The pictures turned out really pretty
