Stunning views. The best observation deck in New York by far. This is an observation deck unlike all others. Highly recommended.
It was super amazing. Lots of fun and the whole process was easy.
Great experience buying tickets on Pelago. It was the same price as buying on the actual platform but much more convenient. The tower is very Instagram worthy and a must do on your next trip to NYC!

Really fun experience. Highly recommended. Quite a few things to do. Great place to chill. However I recommend to book via Klook. Pelago customer service is bad. Owe me a refund for 6 months and still nothing. Klook bohleh
It was raining all day so we can not see the view of new york from up there
The experience was wonderful once you’re up there. The queue was terrible, but it was Christmas time December peak. So was expected. The time you book is not the time you get in .. it’s the time you get to queue.. in December it can be at least an hour or more , waiting . We were also unfortunately sent up to summit by staff back elevator.. why ?? No idea just terrible. ! So you don’t enjoy the fast summit up .. which is technically why you book the whole experience . Very disappointed. They put us on the same elevator coming down . Lucky I ask and I refuse, they were happy to oblige. But this practice should not had happened, unless elevators are not functioning. Very disappointed. . So if they make you go to back staff / kitchen elevators say No !! As we did not know !
