Kieran was an amazing tour guide - clear communication, attentive and helpful. We had plenty of time to enjoy all the places on the itinerary.
Our guide, Ms. Maki, is very professional and took good care of us. She printed maps of the various locations we visited and highlighted the various possible route to visit and how we could get back to our bus (in the event that we wanted to explore the place on our own). We also like the pace of the program as it is not too rush. The couch was very clean, both internal and external.
Good tour to see all of Kyoto in one day if you are short on time.
The trip was pleasent and enjoyable. 1stly, the weather was good for outing. There wasnot the need to hug on a big jacket as temperature was morderate, no strong wind, sun was just nice. 2ndly, Ms Jewell the guide was cheerful and knowledgable. She was able to describe, illustrate and connect all the interrsting items at places of interest. She has very good recollection of the historical events and sites and also able to pin point what were the important structures to lookout for. Whatsmore she extended her service to assist us taking pictures that turns out to be near professional standard. Overall the day trip to Kyoto was enjoyable and relaxing
