The travel agency (which is basically the service aggregator) is so bad with customer service. They will not reply to enquiries unless you send them multiple emails. To make things worse (this is a pet peeve of mine), they getting my name jumbled up despite numerous reminders. Definitely not a company that I would recommend. Their only saving grace is that their local partners on the ground were quite efficient and on the ball.
