Well organised, very clear instructions for finding the meeting place, reminders prior to event with all details of meeting times and entry requirements. The operator took us to the entrance, helped us through security and then passed the group on to an official English speaking guide for the tour. The tour took about 1 hour and the guide was very informative and approachable. A very large building with large rooms so some walking and stairs but well worth visiting.
