Meeting Point & Entry Information
- Location: Karoo Ice and Snow World, Mission Hills Ecological Sports Commune, Longhua District, Shenzhen.
- Redemption: Show your mobile ticket (QR code) at the ticket booth/service counter to exchange for an Ice and Snow Card.
- The Ice and Snow Card is used for venue entry/exit turnstiles and equipment collection/return.
Must Know
- Ticket is valid only on the day of visit, with one-time entry/exit per person using one snow pass; it expires after the valid date.
- Karoo Ice and Snow World uses time slot-based capacity control. Please enter within your purchased time slot; no extensions or refunds for unused time due to personal reasons.
- Timing starts when you scan your card to enter and ends when you exit. Overtime is charged based on on-site pricing (reference: ¥40 per 30 minutes per person, charged in 30-minute increments; partial increments rounded up).
- After receiving ski equipment (single or double), changes are not supported. Double skis are recommended for beginners.
- Please keep your Ice and Snow Card with you at all times; it is required to collect/return equipment and to exit. Lost card replacement fee: ¥20 (lost card may prevent gate exit until resolved).
- DIY and other activities may be organized occasionally; please refer to on-site announcements.
