1. This tour is very easy and perfect for families, couples or anyone visiting Vietnam for the first time.

- Adult tickets apply to guests aged 11 and above (based on the date of use)

- Child tickets apply to children aged 5 to under 11, while children under 5
years old are free of charge (based on the date of use)

🕒 Time:

• 4-Hour Hop-on Hop-off: Valid for 4 hours from first boarding (buses depart
every 30 minutes from 08:30 to 15:30)

• 24-Hour Hop-on Hop-off: Valid for 24 hours from first boarding (buses depart
every 30 minutes from 08:30 to 22:30)

• Night Tour: About 45 minutes (non-stop loop) (buses depart every 30 minutes
from 16:00 to 22:30)

NOTE: Please note that after 16:00, the service operates as a Night Tour only
and Hop-on Hop-off is no longer available. Guests booking the 4-Hour or
24-Hour Hop-on Hop-off ticket are advised to carefully select the departure
time to fully enjoy the service.

3. Usage Information

- After booking, please send your reservation details through our WhatsApp or
Line (required information: ticket option, departure date & time, and full
English names of all guests). Your booking will be confirmed after the
verification process is completed.

- After confirmation, please carefully check the final confirmation message.
We are not responsible for missed services or disadvantages caused by not
checking the message, and no refund or compensation will be provided in such
cases.

- You can visit one of the designated boarding points and please present your
voucher before boarding.

- The Night Tour does not provide an audio guide.

- Baby car seats are not provided.

- Schedule and route may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.

- Children must be accompanied by at least one adult.

- Voucher presentation is required before boarding.

- Night Tour does not allow re-boarding after getting off.

- Hop-on Hop-off ticket validity starts from the first boarding time.

freely hop on and off at any official stop along the route within your ticket
validity period.

Q. When does the ticket validity start?

A. The 4-hour or 24-hour validity begins from the time of your first boarding.

Q. Can I get off during the Night Tour and rejoin later?

A. No. The Night Tour operates as a non-stop panoramic loop. Once you get off,
the tour ends.

Q. Does the Night Tour include an audio guide?

A. No. Audio guide service is available only for the 4-hour and 24-hour Hop-on
Hop-off day tours.

Q. Can I book and use the ticket on the same day?

A. Same-day booking is possible, but seats are subject to availability.
Advance reservation is recommended.
