Smooth flow to check in. For Malaysians, to get ready to show your IC for verification purposes. Affordable prices offered, lower than normal pricing. Overall, easy access to make purchase, fast & quick reply from Pepagi.
The purchasing flow via pelago was easy. No redemption (from vouchers to tickets) is needed. The booking confirmation email came with tickets, which is straight forward. We were glad that no queue with pre booked tickets, else will be at least 1hr queue through counter. The aquarium itself is worth for money, good experience and my teens are happy with it.
