【Ticketing Information】
1. Canton Tower opening hours: 09:30–22:30; tower entry time: 09:30–22:00. On public holidays and special event days, please refer to the notice at the ticket office. α Alpha Discovery Park operates 12:00–22:30 (weekends & public holidays: 09:00–22:30). Last entry is 30 minutes before closing. Please present your own ID and redeem/enter according to the time slot on your ticket.
2. Ticket redemption: On the day of your visit, present the redemption code and your ID at the Canton Tower ticket office to collect your ticket. All tickets under the same order must be collected at once. Non-adult ticket holders must also present relevant identification. One ticket per person; re-entry is not allowed.
3. Time-slot sightseeing: Guests must redeem and enter during the time slot purchased. If you miss the entry deadline due to personal reasons, you will not be admitted and any loss will be borne by yourself.
4. For invoices/receipts, please contact the ticketing platform.
5. Outdoor areas are easily affected by weather. Please pay attention to weather conditions and official SMS alerts from Canton Tower.
6. It is recommended to wear long pants, long-sleeved tops, and sports shoes when entering the Alpha activity area. Guests wearing skirts or high heels must change into sportswear before entry.
7. Please cooperate with security checks before entering the tower. Do not bring the following items: lighters or other flammable/explosive items, beverages, radio-controlled toys, model aircraft, kites, or any items that can be flown (subject to the rules of the Canton Tower security checkpoint).

【Refund & Change Policy】
1. Tickets can be refunded at any time before redemption.
2. If, on the day of your visit, the project is delayed or suspended due to force majeure weather conditions or maintenance of amusement equipment:
(1) Guests who have not redeemed tickets may apply for a full refund online;
(2) Guests who have redeemed tickets should follow on-site staff instructions for refunds or rescheduling of the unexperienced portion.
3. Voluntarily giving up the experience for personal reasons is not a valid reason for a refund.

【Safety Instructions】
* Guests under 1.4 m or over 1.95 m in height, over 95 kg in weight, over 65 years old, pregnant, or those with acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, mental illness, under the influence of alcohol, fitted with prosthetics, or with mobility difficulties are not suitable for the Sky Drop project.
* Guests under 1.2 m (1.4 m for some attractions) or over 1.95 m in height, over 110 kg in weight, over 65 years old, pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, fitted with prosthetics, with mobility difficulties, who have had lower limb surgery within three years, heart or brain surgery within one year, other major surgery within one year, a history of rhabdomyolysis or renal failure, or who suffer from acrophobia, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, mental disorders, severe lung disease, tumors, meniscus injury, knee synovitis, gluteal muscle contracture, poliomyelitis, severe diabetes, any infectious diseases, or highly pathogenic avian influenza, etc., are not suitable for α Alpha Discovery Park projects. Any accidents arising therefrom shall be borne by the individual.
