- The shop is not responsible for injuries, allergic reactions, or damage to clothing; guests accept all risks of animal interaction.
- Avoid wearing strong perfumes or scented hand creams as animals are sensitive to smells.
- This experience is open to all visitors; however, guests under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a guardian.
