Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a follow-up from our team to confirm the finer details of your journey. We'll verify your exact pick-up location, be it an airport, hotel, or a specified address in Edinburgh, as well as the scheduled pick-up time. This extra step ensures that we have all the necessary information to provide a hassle-free service.

Step 2: Dedicated Service
We value your comfort and privacy. Unlike shared taxis, our private executive transfers are exclusively for you or your group. The price quoted is for the entire vehicle and not per person. This dedicated service means you'll have a convenient, direct route from your pick-up location in Edinburgh to Royal Troon, with no additional stops or pickups unless requested by you.

Step 3: Driver Details
To ensure a smooth pickup, we'll provide you with your assigned driver's name and the registration number of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class vehicle you'll be traveling in. You'll receive this information via your preferred communication method—typically 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Step 4: Identifying Your Driver
On the day of travel, your professional driver will be at the agreed-upon pick-up location at the scheduled time. They will have a placard displaying your name to make it easy for you to identify them. Our drivers are also familiar with the pick-up locations and will be able to coordinate effectively to meet you.
